Another attempt at a decent HDRi, stitched from 3 exposures -2 0 +2. Taken in Zion National Park. If anyone has suggestions on how I can get a brighter foreground without blowing out the sunset, I'd be grateful!
Very nice HDR, it's not "overcooked" like everyone seems to be so willing to do here of late. there is a real nice tone range. The composition is amazing. Excellent placement of the sun and its rays. As far as a lighter foreground, more exposures on the + side would help bring it up a few tones. I always find that +2, 0, -2, is not enough range for a decent HDR. I usually try to grab two more so +2 , +1, 0, -1, -2. You'll find that HDR is extremely hard to do when you are facing into the sun, or in low light situations.
